Refugio de Santiago - Lunahuana - Accommodation Prices & Booking Policy

The Refugio de Santiago is an early twentieth century Republican Country house aquired for our rural tourism project; is not a traditional hotel, the house is cut rustic, built of adobe, recycled wood and local stone, the rooms are spacious and high ceilings, have hot water and light, comfortable beds dressed with duvets. The rooms have no TV, cable or jacuzzi. The intention of the refuge is an escape from the routine of city life, recover lost pleasures, like reading a good book, take a nap under a tree, enjoy nature, share a campfire with friends or just have a chat with desktop family without interruption of telephone or television.

We have availability to accommodate up to 19 persons in 7 rooms, there are rooms double, double, triple and quadruple. It is not necessary to rent the entire house, you can reserve rooms separately.

•	The cost of the 2 days /1 night package is US$ 68.00 per Adult and US$ 35.00 per Children (from 2 to 11 years old).

Additional Notes
•	Packages include any dish à la carte, at lunch adults can choose 1 appetizer and 1 main course and at dinner 1 main course, for children includes 1 single dish for both lunch and dinner child's menu, drink included 1 glass of fruit juice from the orchard per person per meal.
•	Check in time: 12pm / Check out time: 11am
•	An initial reservation deposit is required for your booking(100% of your total rental price)
•	Cancellation policy: 10 day notice
•	Cancellations not made before the applicable time period may result in forfeiture of the full reservation deposit, that is unless we are able to re-book the house, at which time you only will be charged the $25.00 booking fee.
