Refugio de Santiago is an Andean orchard, reflected of the lost paradise, an ecosystem where coexists aromatic and medicinal herbs, vegetables, fruit trees and magical plants. Each plant has a special energy that makes different from the other, are privileged sources of the power that emanates of the nature, that provides to us pleasures, nutrients and also "active principles" for our health.

Refugio de Santiago, is also a restaurant of healthy food, with fresh herbs of the organic orchard and products of the region. "Paladar exige - frescura manda". Our gastronomical proposal has simultaneously a cultural extra, to know and to savor new fruits, herbs and medicinal plants.
