the Peruvian gourmet. A Gourmet is one who knows how to enjoy and to
appreciate the pleasure of eating. For the most satisfaction in pursuing
this pleasure of the taste, five essential conditions are required:
Health in body, peace in spirit, harmony with means, natural food and an
artist that is expert in the combination of aromas and flavors.
The art only can attract through the senses and the sense par excellence of the human being is the pleasure. Neither the sight, nor the sense of smell, nor the ear, any mammal has them but evolved. “El sistema del gusto” is a complex operation and an evolved process in
the preparation of our foods. The system has created papilas gustativas,
ordered to make us feel to please, which mainly are in the language and

have them in the lips and the cheeks. Each part has a mission, the lips
